Wildflower Linen hits the Cover of Phoenix Bride and Groom Magazine – Part 1

Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

Another Wildflower Linen favorite (empress lace butter) hits the COVER of the latest 2011 Phoenix Bride and Groom magazine.  There are too many things to feature all in one blog so we’re splitting it up into 2 parts…  Part 1 is all about the photoshoot for the cover of the magazine designed by Victoria Canada while part 2 shows a lovely Sedona Style feature from Sedona Luxury Wedding and Events

What would Marie do?If the “Marie” we’re talking about is Marie Antoinette, we know she would say “Let them eat cake!” That’s exactly what we were thinking when we set up this over-the-top elegant shoot for our Summer/Fall 2011 cover.

You don’t have to be a socialite or a princess to want to indulge in a little sweet fantasy on your wedding day.We can’t think of anything sweeter than being surrounded by these delicious delights — a spectacular cake and delectable bite-sized dreams by Honey Moon Sweets and Bedazzle My Bonbons, all elegantly displayed on pedestals by Fabulous Wedding Cake Stands. The regal Wrigley Mansion was the ideal site for our decadent fantasy, photographed by the talented Hollye Schumacher.

About Empress Lace Butter:

The Empress Lace is one of Wildflower Linen’s signature fabrics that has set the bar for what a ”designer table linen” should be.   It’s been seen in a multitude of photoshoots, features and real weddings.

Empress Lace Butter, specifically, is one of our client’s favorites as well as ours because of it’s versatility.  With just a switch of an underlinen, the whole look can transform.

Wildflower Linen Arizona Showroom Opening Video

Wednesday, December 1st, 2010

A few weeks back, we shared with you the opening of the Wildflower Linen Arizona Showroom Opening Party!  Amazing photos were taken of the event, gorgeous table displays,  and a linen fashion runway show that was the highlight of the evening.  Now you can feel like you were sitting in front of the action with our showroom opening video graciously provided by Serendipity Videography.

Watch the talents of our owner and designer, Youngsong Martin, as well as the amazing styles, textures, colors and quality of our fabrics. Wildflower Linen is “designer table linen and chair cover rentals” but just remember… ANYONE, ANYWHERE and for ANY OCCASSION can rent these linens and make your event a designer event too. To learn more about any of the products you see on the video or photos below,  contact any showroom location or reps to rent these linens for your next event.

In case you missed it, below is a portion of the original post with the amazing photos by Sedona Bride Photography or click here to view the entire post!

Wildflower Linen celebrates yet another milestone with an Open House Event for our brand new showroom.  But this time, it’s not fun in the sun in “cool” California, it’s fun in the sun in “hot” Arizona!  And when Wildflower Linen says open house, we not only mean great food, people and fun; but get ready for amazing style and great entertainment too!  What better way to show off our linens than in a showroom, on the tables and again on the runway; a fashion show runway showcasing our designer table linen and chair covers that anyone can rent!

Katrina and Andrew from Sedona Bride Photography captured the most amazing images from the event and were nice enough to let us grab a sneak peek.

This is our 3rd fashion show this year and they keep getting better and better!   Pro-em played a pivotal role in making this event a success with their tent,  lighting and rentals, while sierra bonita cateringshelley’s specialty desserts and pour masters wined and dined guests!

Gorgeous models showcased Wildflower Linen’s latest collections as well as signature favorites by wearing the designs across a floral and rose petal runway carpet created by events by showstoppers.

We also had amazing floral designers create tablescapes for the event, Arizona style… of course!!   We LOVE how designers can take the same linen and with different elements, florals and visions, a whole new feel and concept is created!  Each one worked with a theme and these are their amazing creations:

Petal Pushers created this lovely tablescape using our custom Lauren linen and Marilyn Chair Covers for their “wedding” inspired theme.

When asked to do a “southwest” themed table to really appreciate the styles of Arizona, md design didn’t hold anything back.  Using our new Carrington linen, they truly captured the beauty and feel of Arizona.

Along with the amazing petal runway, Events by Showstoppers created this lovely “wedding” inspired table using the Carolyn Linen and chair covers in champagne.

Flora Bella created a playful “Girls luncheon” themed table using the custom Juliet Linen in lavendar and Venus Chair Covers.

This vibrant tablescape created by Avante-Garde Studio using Iridescent taffeta aquamarineand turquoise jeweled chair covers is the perfect compliment to create this “holiday” inspired theme.

This “rock n roll” inspired tablescape created by The Flower Studio rocked the evening.  They used the Alexa linen in fuchsia paired with curly willow chivari chair sleeves in black.

We also want to thank White House Florals for their floral arrangements for the showroom area.

We also couldn’t have made any of this possible if it weren’t for all the wonderful and talented vendors that sponsored our event.   Our amazing list is below:

Wildflower Linen’s Guest Appearance at the White House

Friday, June 25th, 2010
Washington D.C. June 23, 2010  – Michelle Obama hosts a lovely luncheon in honor of her esteemed guest,  the Russian First Lady, Svetlana Medvedeva.

Courtesy of The Washington Scene - The Hills

We’re excited to share this news because guess who made a special guest appearance??? – Ok so maybe we physically didn’t make it to the White House… but our linens sure did!!!

We created something brand new, a piece inspired by Russian culture and history.  It’s called Natasha and currently comes in Gold and Aqua.  We used the Aqua color for this special occasion and paired it with our Iridescent Taffeta in Turquoise

After the visit, we were told by “insiders” that it was  a smashing success.    We are so honored to be chosen for such a distinguished and important visit and look forward to many more trips back to Washington DC soon!

As for their husbands, I guess President Obama and Medvedev had their own important business to attend to.

And of course they had their own lunch too… at Ray’s Hell Burgers in Arlington, VA!!!  Yum Yum!  Click here  for more information on what they spoke about during lunch.

Dupioni Silk Emerald Green Chinese Sleeve with Gold Frog Accents

In asian culture, green represents wealth and riches.  This emerald green dupioni silk reflects nothing less.  With a hint of Asian flair using traditional gold rope  and frog braids, this chair cover is fit for a king.  It’s so elegant and regal!

Dupioni Silk White Chair Back with Betty Skirt and  Rhinestone Band

Classic elegance shows its playful side.  Rich duponi silk fabric is sleek and fitted on the top and flowing with lush ruffles on the bottom.  This skirt style is called the Betty and can be seen on with other chair backs.   A five layer rhinestone band postioned perfectly along the chair back completes the look!
