It’s All There in Black and White…

This week I had the pleasure of being a guest blogger on Sparkliatti, a blog by wedding planner, Sasha Sousa. Sasha asked me to share what inspires me as I create Wildflower Linen’s new collection for Fall and Spring 2009. In the inspiration board above, I am playing with bigger, bolder prints of black and white. I began Wildflower Linen in 2001 after a career in fashion design. In that world, one goes to a lot of events and it seemed that although textiles are very important to that industry, that so much more could be done with the most important (and abundant) elements in the room -- tables and chairs. So, I literally brought all my ideas to the proverbial table and haven't looked back.
